Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Bright and airy 4-bedroom home over three floors, just 20 minutes out of the centre of London. Large modern kitchen, with a table for 8-10 people that opens into a garden with views of the city and a well kept garden with BBQs and seating for 10 people. The house is recently renovated and decorated in keeping with its original 1930s Arts and Crafts style with Farrow and Ball paints and Fired Earth tiles throughout. Separate laundry facilities. Tastefully decorated children's areas, that can be hidden from view and well stocked toys.

Our neighbourhood of Crofton Park is very friendly with a great selection of local independent coffee shops, delicatessens, butchers and boutiques.
It's a very family friendly place with regular street parties and village fetes throughout the summer and welcoming pubs, serving craft ale and locally sourced food. Many have roaring fires in winter!

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Crofton Park is also home to the UK's only surviving 1950s dancehall The Rivoli, which hosts frequent dances and cinematic events as well as being the backdrop for famous dance videos for Tina Turner, Oasis and Elton John.
There are three local parks with amazing views of the London skyline within ten minutes walking distance of our house, each with independent cafes, children's play areas, tennis courts and exercise equipment and running tracks.
The renowned villages of Dulwich and Blackheath are a short drive or bus journey away. And the vibrant Peckham with the famed restaurants of Bellenden Road is also nearby.
You're spoiled for transport options with direct lines into London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross and Shoreditch from the three stations of Crofton Park, Honor Oak Park and Ladywell that are all in easy walking distance from our house.

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
We are a non-smoking house and have taken a lot of care to beautifully decorate our home so please treat it with kindness. That said we have two young children - so we're not too precious! We love hosting and have lots of space for you to do the same. We'd prefer for you to pay a clean down service to our friendly cleaner at the end of your stay at cost (approx £10 p/h).
