It is big, really nice and it is placed in a perfect area, with buses, overground and tube station very close to the house. The area is very secure and with all comodities. Your housekeeper, Josyelin has been really nice, helpful and descreet. She helped us in various occasions. If someone wants to visit London, your house is the ideal place. Thank you for your swap.

Exchanging with the Bastin family was a wonderful experience! Their home is large, superbly located, and has a wonderful open kitchen that opens onto a beautiful little garden. Every evening after a day of sightseeing, we all retired to the garden, had a beverage, and relaxed! Getting around London was super easy with a Tube stop 5 minutes away. I especially like exploring the area around their home -- off the usual tourist path and very charming. Alexander was pleasure to deal with, very responsive, and very friendly. Their live-in housekeeper, Jocelyn, was very helpful and very discreet -- unless we needed her help, we never saw her. The Bastin's home is very comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home. We wholeheartedly recommend exchanging with them!

Alex and Christina were lovely, always responsive, and easy to work with. They and their children took good care of our homes and we very much enjoyed theirs. The location could hardly be better--we found it so easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go via Tube or Bus. It was fun to be in their neighborhood and within walking distance of great restaurants and markets. The home has lots of room--lots more than we would have guessed from the front, and is tastefully decorated and neatly kept. All in all, it was a treat to stay here and we couldn't have asked for a nicer exchange family.
