We had a great time in Holmer Green, Perfect walk in an evening to visit the local hostelries for food and drink and a lazy day spent in Amersham soaking up the atmosphere of a market town. National trust properties were not too far away and we experienced the homes of both Disraeli and the Rothschilds. Would thoroughly recommend an exchange with Gillian and Tony.

The location of the house was convenient for a day trip to London but also lots to do in the area. The garden bird life provided constant entertainment. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Lovely home with secluded garden in a village location and local shops within walking distance, set in the Chiltern Hills. The property is surrounded on all sides by tall hedges.
Bus route to local towns High Wycombe/Amersham
Easy 20 minutes drive to London Underground (Metropolitan Line) for all London’s attractions and Wembley Stadium
Within 1 hour drive from Windsor Castle, Oxford, London and Cotswold hills.
2 hour drive to Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cambridge, south coast of UK and Dover and Channel Tunnel (entry to France/Europe).
London Heathrow Airport is 40 minutes drive away.
We have two BBQs, one gas and one charcoal.
