Large, luxurious 4 bedroom house with big garden and indoor heated swimming pool in a beautiful Oxfordshire village, near the Cotswolds and historic Oxford. We are well equipped for a family holiday or get-together with a trampoline in our large garden, playroom, PlayStation, good wifi etc.

We have two cats (one friendly, one shy!) who we would ask you to feed (and stroke!) while you stay. And 3 chickens in the garden, so you can collect the fresh eggs each morning for breakfast!

We are in a typical English village and it's just a few minutes' walk to shops, pubs, and cafes. We are very well-located - it's just an hour on the train to London, and you can catch a bus just yards from our house into central Oxford and nearby Witney, every 15 mins or so.

We have a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with all you could need to create fabulous meals, an open plan kitchen-diner with bi-fold doors out to a large garden. Patio with furniture for sitting outside in the garden. And around the back of the house, a 3m x 9m heated indoor swimming pool, so you can swim come rain or shine! Apple trees at the front of the house, a herb garden at the back, and a large balcony off the master bedroom upstairs for admiring the garden view. Comfortable sitting room with log-burning fire. 3 ensuite double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, as well as an office upstairs and a playroom downstairs with a sofabed so you can sleep additional people if it's a big family get-together.

This is a large modern comfortable family house and a recent renovation (finished Nov 2023) has completed our kitchen-diner downstairs, and everything is in a good state of repair.

We have done a good number of house swaps in France, Spain, the US, and the UK, all very successfully. We will look after your home as if it were our own.
