Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

A welcoming & well maintained 1930s suburban family home.

The house has three floors:

On the ground floor there is a comfortable and calming sitting room and seperate kitchen-dinning room which is fully stocked with equipment. This then leads on to the back garden which has a lawn and two areas to sit. There is also a toilet and sink on this floor.

On the second floor there is a double room, single room and a large room with twin toddler beds which is also a playroom. There is also a spacious new bathroom with a shower, bath, sink and toilet.

On the third floor there are two new double rooms and a new shower room with sink and toilet.

Our home is situated in a safe, quiet and well located London neighbourhood with shops, cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

It is also the greenest of the London Boroughs with numerous local parks to explore for free, as well as walks or boat trips down the Thames to stunning towns such as Richmond or Windsor.

It also only takes 30 minutes to get into central London on the nearby underground where you can see all the famous sites and enjoy the spectacular museums, theatres and concerts London always has to offer.

The house is also very close to convenient transport links which makes it easy for you to explore other areas nearby and around the country, and in Europe!

We are looking for a home we can use for our family's summer holiday. As we are both teachers we would ideally like to switch homes for a month and spend this time exploring your local area and relaxing.

We would expect you to care for our home and leave it in the same welcoming, neat and tidy state you would find it. We will do the same in your home.
