Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From our house it is a short walk to busy cafes and local shops. North Chingford still has a rural village feel to it despite its closeness to the City. Nearby Epping Forest is perfect for country walks and bike rides. All the attractions of Central London are within easy reach by Overground and Underground Services. From the house you can be in Central London in less than an hour. With a car you can reach Cambridge in an hour. There is easy access to M25 and M11 motorways. There is a public golf course in the village and a little further out is the prestigious West Essex Golf Club. Chingford is also the location of Gilwell Park, the HQ of world scouting.
