Description of the home we are offering for exchange
3 storey Victorian home with lots of living space in fun city with beach and less than 1 hour to London by train.
2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds and 1 more single bedroom. One of the double bedrooms can also be used as extra living space. Large living room with separate breakfast room adjoining kitchen. There is a family bathroom and a second separate toilet downstairs.

Quiet family neighbourhood in a lively family friendly small city. Less than 1 hour to London by train.
25 mins walk/15 mins bus from Brighton city centre and station, Gatwick Airport 25 mins by car/train. Range of shops and regular buses to city centre/beach at end of road. 3 parks/playgrounds and 5 restaurants/bars (all within 5-10 mins walk).
