Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Instow is perfect base to explore the West Country it is one of the premier villages in Devon and totally unspoilt.We have 4 pub/restaurants and a superb deli /post office. Major supermarket chains are within 10mins drive. There is a superb bus service from the house which takes you to many other seaside resorts and other towns should you want a rest from driving.We are one hour and fifteen minutes drive from Exeter our cathedral city and four hours from London. Our house is newly re- furbished and we are very proud of it. Our views are spectacular. It's an ideal venue for walkers & cyclists as we have the famous Tarka Trail right on our doorstep. Wi -fi is installed in the house. We are tidy people and will look after your home.
