Description of the home we are offering for exchange
A central location to explore Istanbul from a small, brand new flat. It is a cozy apartment sits in the heart of Cihangir neighborhood. Though small you will feel like you are staying in a boutique hotel suite. Decorated in a modern style, it is perfect for one or a couple but there is a sofa turns out a large bed for third person upon request.
The apartment is on the first floor of a building with the lift and facing the back yard which always allows peaceful sleep.
The bedroom is directly off the living area with fully integrated wardrobe and a small work desk accessed via sliding doors which can be closed for privacy.
Air Conditioning, TV as a monitor (No broadcast) and WI-FI are available in the living area. Kitchen has built-in gas stove, build-in fridge with freezer and dishwasher (all Siemens), microwave oven, kettle,
etc.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Easy access to all attractions either by walking or public transport. Only 8-9 Minutes walk to Taksim Square where you catch the subway or start to discover vibrating Istiklal Avenue. Galata Port is 7-8 minutes walk away. Findikli is the place where you could get on the tram for Sultanahmet area and famous Grand Bazaar only 3 minutes walk away. Kabatas is a hub for public transport, 6-7 minutes walk away to get on a ferry to Uskudar and Princess Islands or to anywhere by bus and tram. In three minutes you start to reach lovely cafes and restaurants of Cihangir and Beyoglu (Please let me know if you need recommendations for specific restaurants). Cihangir Mosque, Istanbul Modern, Galata Mevlevihanesi (for Dervish Ceremony), Galatasaray Hamam (bath) and many churches are in the walking distance.
