Lovely townhouse in the old citycenter of the charming city of Holbæk. 2 min. Walk to the fiord, citybeach, cafés, shops, restaurants, cinema and theatre. 20 min. from perfect, sandy beaches and only 40 min. from Copenhagen by train or car.
The house is 160 m2 in two storries. It is an old house modernised in respect of the original details. The rooms are light and spacious with wooden flors. Cosy, green garden facing West, with two nice terraces.
Nearby scenic golfcourse and nice tenniscourts. It is possible to go on bikingtrips in the nearby forrests or go treetopclimbing.
