Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Apartment with balcony and garage, confortable and situated 100 meters from the Altitude Lake (Lac de Joux) 10 km long by 1 km wide. 1'000 meters altitude within Natural Park Jura Vaudois. Best for pedestrian walking and biking around the Lake, or water sports such as kite surf, wind surf, paddle, fishing, canoe, etc... During the winter, ski de fond or rackets in this area are the best.

Small building of 4 floors, 2 appartments on each floor, 50% occupation year around (some owners come only on holidays). Quiet area, Vallée de Joux quiet in general anyway ! Lake activities only 100 meters in front. Center little town 5 minutes away by car or by bus.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From our appartment, walk less than 100 meters and you have water activities on the Lac de Joux at "1004 altitude".
Nearby les Grottes de Vallorbe and JuraPark with wild animals. Around the lake you can walk, bike, run, it is flat and 25 km roundtrip.
Than you can walk in the forest on pedestrian paths or climb the mountain Dent de Vaulion or Paraglide from there with our friend Manoé.
