Description of the home we are offering for exchange

The beautiful quiet wooden house in the upper part of the small village Eichberg lies at the edge of the forest. A quiet garden with a covered terrace, garden seat and fire place invites you to linger.
In the house there is a generously equipped kitchen, a large living room, an old living room and a laundry room with toilet and shower.
On the second floor are 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds and a bathroom with shower.
There is a parking space for vehicles.
An ideal starting point for excursions, hikes and biketours in the nearby Appenzellerland and Rhine Valley or discoveries in Switzerland, Austria and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Von unserem Haus aus können schöne Spaziergänge und Biketouren durch Wiesen, Wälder und in der Ebene des Rheintals gemacht werden. In der Nähe befinden sich auch Badeseen und Schwimmbäder. Für Tagesausflüge locken attraktive Bergtouren in umliegenden Berggebieten, die in 15min bis 2h Autofahrt erreicht werden können. Kristallhöhle, Bergrestaurants, Säntis, Fürstentum Liechtenstein, Bodensee, Stadt St. Gallen, Appenzell und Österreich sind in weniger als 1 Stunde erreichbar.
