We are a couple in our 50s who retired from full-time employment several years ago. Since 2000 we have exchanged our main home about 20 times. We are now offering our holiday cottage, Puffin Lodge, for exchange. It is a two bedroomed detached bungalow in a purpose built holiday village 3 miles from Filey on the Yorkshire coast.

Please note we cannot exchange during school holidays. New England style home with sunny south facing deck and log burner in purpose built holiday village. Ideal for families and one or two couples. Two bedrooms each with en suite shower room. Master bedroom has a 5' bed. Second bedroom has a 5' zip link bed which can be separated into two 2'6" singles. TV/DVD player in the living room and both bedrooms. Superfast broadband. Books, games and DVDs.
