Description of the home we are offering for exchange
A large relaxed modern luxury rural English village home with large private gardens, gym, music room and outdoor hot tub. Pubs and country pursuits within walking distance. Beautiful (dog friendly) walks in the National Forest country side. Nearby small towns and cities within 30 minutes drive. Close to East Midlands and Birmingham Airport and with good Buss links. Train station 15 minutes by car. A friendly relaxed family home. Surprisingly quiet most of the time as we are all geeks but plenty of noise when the family practice their music. Trampoline and gym and hot tub available for use as well as 7 seater car, use of recording studio, guitars, amps etc. TV and (slow rural) wifi available. Pets usually welcome. We have indoor and outdoor accommodation for them. Wheelchair access to downstairs only. Quiet well behaved children are welcome and the place is more suited to older children. Our main language is English and we would like to improve our knowledge of any other languages, particularly Japanese, French and Spanish. Particularly interested in hospitality swaps but also open to complete home swap holidays. Small or large car available if you can arrange insurance.
