Adams Point is part of the historic Grand Lake neighborhood of Oakland. Lake Merritt is noted as the first official wildlife refuge in the US. Great restaurants, local bars, kid-friendly activities including Children's Fairyland, which is said to have inspired Walt Disney to create Disneyland. Walking access to almost anything you will need, including grocery stores. Easy freeway access to San Francisco and Berkeley as well as easy day trips to beaches and wine country.
