Description of the home we are offering for exchange
2-floor house, with 2500 m2 garden prepare for relaxation. The house has 2 bathrooms,3 double beds and an attic room with 5 single beds, a comfortable sitting room a big kitchen, and an incredible sunroom. Perfect for rest and for visiting cultural and historic places, We are 30 minutes from the historic city of Segovia, 45 minutes from Avila, 50 from El Escorial, and a bit more than an hour from Madrid. We have 2 golf courses in less than 20 minutes. It’s a perfect place to get to know all the historic places around Madrid.
