Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Penthouse apartment on prestigious golf & spa complex. Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment on the prestigious Valle del Este golf resort. Has large terrace overlooking the golf course which is ideal for al fresco dining. There is a lounge/dining room with high quality furniture. Flat screen tv with English and international channels. Docking tower for usb and iphones. Free internet. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster etc. 2 double bedrooms with plenty of storage space. One ensuite bathroom and separate shower room. Please note all furniture and appliances new as of November 2015. In the apartment complex of 77 properties there are 5 swimming pools to choose from. The landscaped gardens are beautiful with an array of tropical plants & trees. The apartment is only 5 minutes from E15/A7 motorway. It is only 10 minutes drive to the beautiful sandy beach of Vera and the whitewashed Spanish town of Mojacar. Parking included.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
It is very peaceful but has the advantage of the golf course on your doorstep. There is also a fully equipped spa with saunas available to all guests with a discount of 15%. On site facilities include restaurants and bars and the choice of 5 swimming pools in beautifully landscaped gardens. Horse riding, bike hire, water sports can all be arranged locally. The property is only 10 minutes from the beaches of Vera & Mojacar and also the pueblo of Mojacar with its whitewashed houses & quaint little streets with numerous restaurants, bars and shops. There is a supermarket on site for daily essentials. It is ideally located just 5 minutes from the motorway, being only 40 minutes from Almeria airport and 1 hour 40 minutes from Alicante airport. The Moorish town of Granada is a 2 hour drive away which is famous for it's Alhambra palace and Skiing in the winter months.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From our property it is less than 2 minutes walk to the swimming pools. It is 10 minutes walk to the local bars & restaurants along paved walkways. There are many activities you can enjoy including playing golf, horse riding, tennis, watersports( 10 minutes drive away). There is a lso a water park 10 minutes drive away. Although it is on a golf complex please don't feel you have to be a golfer to stay here, neither myself nor my husband to be play golf but love the facilities the complex offers and the close proximity to the local beaches and towns. There is also a mini Hollywood theme park less than an hours drive away where many spaghetti western films have been produced. There are plenty of local markets where you can buy local fresh produce and the nearby town of Garrucha is the fishing capital of the area and you can purchase all sea food and fish here.

As this is our second home it is not important that you stay here at the same time as we stay in your property( if this is convenient for you). We are open to date requests and please don't feel that you can't stay longer than our stay in your property. We want you to have a fabulous time and make yourselves at home. All we ask is that you leave the property in a clean and presentable condition, how you will find it on your arrival. \if there is anything we can arrange or do for you prior to your visit then please let us know.
