We are offering our apartment in Sevilla, a nice city in Southern Spain. It's 1-1,30h. to the beach (Huelva and Cádiz), 2h. away from Córdoba, 2,10h. away from Málaga and 2,30h. away from Granada by car. Madrid via AVE is 2,30h. There's good connection with these towns by bus or train. Both, Sevilla and Málaga, have international airports.We rather prefer non simultaneous swaps. Our preferences are towns well connected through bus, tram, metro or walking, so that we can forget about driving.
Ours is a 60m2 apartament in the Southern part of Seville. It's well communicated by bus to the historical town centre. Although it can also be a 30 min. along the nicest Ave. in the town and through the well known Maria Luisa Park. There is also the chance of public bicycle use all over the town.In summer you can enjoy different open air activities -concerts at the Alcázar, theatre and cinema.From March to October you can have a nice time at the tematic park Isla Mágica in the sorroundings.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
It's a very quiet boundary situated in the area where the 1929 Iberoamerican Exhibition took place. There're still some very nice buildings from that time around. It's very well connected through three bus lines and you can also walk into downtown. The main public hospital - H. Virgen del Rocío- and other private clinics are quite near, in a radio of 500 m. There are several Chemist shops and different supermarkets, apart from small food shops.
