Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our apartment is on the hill of Puerto de la Duquesa, in the Manilva area of the Costa Del Sol, called also "Costa del Golf".
There are 29 golf courses in a radius of 45km from our place...
The flat is at 85 km from Malaga international airport, 45 from Marbella and 40 from Sotogrande and Gibraltar.
There is also the beautiful Blue Flag Beach of Sabinillas is a 5 minute
stroll away (1.2km) beside Puerto de la Duquesa which has a lovely Spanish style, as the adjoining small town of Sabinillas. The area is not over populated with tourists! However you will have all the bars, cafes, restaurants and shops you need.
And last all the touristic places as Ronda, Sevilla ...
The Apartment is a two bedroom / two bathroom apartment on the Ground floor for the access and the Twin Bedroom, which becomes a first floor for the lounge and the Master bedroom ( ensuite bathroom) , and large shaded terraces for dining or lounging with a view on the swimming pool, the golf, and the sea.

Ne pas fumer dans la maison, ne pas utiliser le piano si vous ne savez pas en jouer tout en faisant attention à la tranquillité des voisins, ne pas utiliser la climatisation les fenêtres ouvertes,arroser les plantes de temps en temps,
Notre souhait de trouver un couple pour donner à manger à notre vieille chatte de 20 ans(croquettes) , et de changer sa litière tous mes 3 jours, et son eau fraiche du frigo chaque jour
