Our house “La casa de Elia” is located in the area known as Zahora /Los Caños de Meca, in the province of Cadiz (Andalucía, Spain). Zahora and Los Caños de Meca belong to municipal term of Barbate.The beaches of this area are an example of the natural beauty of the coast of Cadiz, which doesn’t suffer from the massive construction as do other Spanish coast.

Zahora is a quiet place, not really a town, just a group of villas, restaurants, camping and narrow roads. At the restaurants/bars (in a walking distance from our house) and near the beach you can taste local fish or meat. They’re open all year around, except in winter time.
