Ideal vacation home in idyllic Menorca. 135 square meters plus 2 terraces and porch. Three bedrooms on upper floor with two bathrooms, one of which is en suite to main bedroom. Lounge / dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground level. Adjacent room to lounge with convertible sofabed that can serve as fourth bedroom. Own garden with overflowing 6 x 4 meters pool in front yard. Small back garden with breakfast Area. Individual A/C heating units in all rooms. Across the Street from tennis/racketball club with 30 meter pool and restaurant. Close to Arenal d’en Castell beach and Addaia port.

Our urbanization is located in the cooler, more lush northern part of Menorca. Menorca is a small island where the maximum distance by car to any point is less than one hour’s drive. It is a natural paradise with a lush green landscape and crystal clear blue water in uncountable beaches and coves. There are many quaint villages and visits to the main towns of Mahon and Ciudadela are a must. Mahon has one of the largest and most beautiful natural harbours in the world. There are outdoor activities to suit all tastes: sailing, windsurfing,scuba diving or lying on the beach, hiking, horseback riding, golf, tennis, racketball.....

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules

We have a 20 year old Opel Zafira ( manual transmission/stick shift). It’s not in the greatest condition but it runs well! It only has third party insurance.
The garden and swimming pool have all year round care.
Some of the wardrobes may be locked as we store our personal stuff there.
