It is a nice house with a big garden and swimming pool, nice neighborhood, rounded of mountains and nicest beaches like Sant Pol de Mar, Calella, Canet are from our house 15 minutes by car. Are house is in the middle of Barcelona and Girona city (45 minutes by car ). Car is necessary to arrive to my house, there is not public transport. But if you like to go by train to Barcelona or whatever you can take it in Sant Pol de Mar, (it is 20 minutes from my house). If you want to go by car to Barcelona and can give a location of the city where you can park free the car and then move by metro in Barcelona city - The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen and living room. We are my son 16 years old and I 54 years old, we are open to offers, mainly if there are big cities or nice villages close to the sea, Italy, England, France, Edinburgh, Irlanda ...etc
