Zona céntrica pero tranquila, frente al mar, acceso directo a la playa..Tiendas,supermercado,bares y restaurantes.El Port de Pollença se encuentra en el norte de Mallorca y es uno de los los lugares con más prestigio y tradición.Formentor y su hotel son una muestra.Los campos de golf de Pollença y Alcanada en Alcudia están a pocos kilómetros.Nustra zona es una de las más visitadas de las Baleares.Palma, la capital,se encuentra a sólo 45 minutos en coche.Su casco antiguo y la Catedral son lugares emblemáticos.Toda la costa Norte de Mallorca es un lugar ideal para el senderismo y ciclismo de montaña.Los deportes náuticos son especialmente adecuados en verano.Vela,submarinismo,etc.Los meses de verano se celebran en Pollença y Formentor sendos festivales de música clásica,con los mejores intérpretes del momento.
