The apartment has been recently refurbished, has two double rooms and an extra bed. It has a spacious terrace overlooking the sea where it is very nice to have meals and we a parking garage.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area next to the beach. There are facilities to use and paddle tennis courts and is located very close to the Albufera a large freshwater lake next to the Mediterranean Sea. It is only 30 minutes from Valencia, and in the surronders there are interesting things to visit as f.e. Aquopolis, Albufera Lake, Cullera Castle, etc.
Next to Mareny Blau (Playa de Mareny de Vilxes) there are other fantastic beaches which provide opportunities for enjoyment fo all types of people who can choose between the more urban and crowded beaches such as San Antonio and Racó, large peaceful beaches such as Escollera, and other semi-urban and family beaches, with fine golden sand like Marenyet or Brosquil, or water sports áreas such as Cap Blanc and even snorkelling on the idyllic Faro beach, or Dosel beach with its dunes and finally you can even go to the naturist beach at Sant Llorenç Mareny.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Valencia’s Albufera natural park
The park is one of the largest lake in Spain with rare species of wading birds and a rich variety of wildlife. . It is an excellent place to try classic dishes such as Paella, Arroz a Banda, or All i Pebre made with eels freshly caught from the lake. After the meal, there is nothing more relaxing than a boat trip on the Albufera lake contemplating the red and amber tones of the setting sun dancing across the water.
Aquopolis
It is a water park only ten minutes from the apartment. A funny election if you come with your children.
Green routes and viewpoints
Biopark a new concept of zoo where preserve the habitat of a species, with a natural landscape design.
Cullera Castle, is on top of a mountain with beautiful views of the coast and the Albufera lake.
Ciutat de les arts i les ciències, the most important leisure space in the area,in which culture plays the leading role, bases its activity on three great thematic areas: Art, Science and Nature.
