Appartement at the Costa Del Sol, in Manilva. Appartement is surrounded bij nice gardens en different swimming pools. The appartement has sea view and a quiet location.
Beach, restaurants,supermarket , located within walking distance.
It is close to Malaga, Ronda, Cetenil de las bodegas, Gibraltar, Estepona, Marbella. Sevilla, Cordoba is a little bit further.

There is a concierge who is very helpful. The domain is closed with barriers that open as you approach. There is 24/24 supervision at the urbanisation.

We would like that you give once a week water to the plants at the terraces.

In July and August is the apartment not available for home exchanges.
