Description of the home we are offering for exchange
The house is our second home, two storey detached house near the coast (200 metres) in a small village, Colonia de Sant Pere, at the NE of the island of Mallorca, very well considered for its beauty and wilderness. The house is in a very quite residential area two kilometres away from the village. It's surrounded by beautiful places to walk, ride and swim.
The house is mainly designed for living outside. There is a large porch at the front of the house that is connected with the kitchen and the living room; it offers a lovely shadow from the noon and has a lovely view of the mountains. The house also has central heating and a chimney. We offer three bedrooms. It has two bathrooms, one in each storey, and a fully equipped kitchen-dining room. We have bikes.
We are in our forties and we have two daughters very responsible and well-behaved. We are interested in simultaneous exchanges during July and August but we could arrange a non-simultaneous swap
