Great apartment with beautiful sea view
We had a wonderful week in Rosa's apartment. It's large, very clean and has everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace with the beautiful view to the sea. Two large and sandy beaches are in walking distance. We made trips to the Alhambra in Granada and to Nerja with its Cueva. We were hiking between the rocks of El Torcal and swimming in the pool and the sea.

Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Very sunny. A large apartment. Spectacular views. In a quiet family complex set whit beautiful gardens. Big private terrace (60 m2) arrount the flat which is equipped with garden forniture. 4 bedrooms. 2 toilet. 700 m. outside the beach. Parking. Swimming pool and garden shared. Quiet and well connected area. Fully equipped for 8 people. Has sun all day and a wonderful view of the sea. There is a pleasant walk over the cliff. There is a bus stop very close to both Malaga and surrounding villages.
Malaga has much to offer. There is a great variety of museums and cultural activities, many of them free. So the apartment is also very suitable for a all year holiday. The weather in Malaga is very good. There are almost always sunny days.
I have been in 29 exchanges across Europe. All wonderful. I can tell you everything you want to know.
If you want to go to the Alhambra in Granada, or to "Caminito del Rey" in Ardales (Málaga) you must buy the tickets with many days in advance. There is a lot of demand.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Costamar is in Rincon de la Victoria (Axarquia) , between Málaga and Nerja and close to the village of La Cala del Moral. It is close to the beach (700 m) and all the amenities that Costa del Sol has to offer. 2 big shopping centre (cinemas, bowling etc). One in Rincon de la Victoria (700 m) and other in Torre del Mar (15 Km. by highway) Children entertainment (acuatic parks in Torre del mar ,zoo in Fuengirola, atraction park in Torremolinos).
There is a long promenade in the beach and in the cliff (Rincón de la Victoria / Cala del Moral) whit a good selection of shops restaurants and bars. Bicycles, mopeds, quad bikes and cars can all be hired in the town. The promenade along the sea-side it is plenty restaurants. There is a cave in Rincon de la Victoria at 700 m. from the flat. During July they have a Cultural week in the Nerja’s caves.

- Sevilla - La Giralda, Torre del Oro, Catedral
The climate is delightful and subtropical even if it rains it is still warm and doesn't usually last long.

I have had 30 wonderful exchanges, sometimes with my family and others with some friends. Sometimes simultaneous and sometimes not. Sometimes picturesque villages and others to a big city. For a big city, I want a very central apartment. I adapt my trips to the house where I go. Sometimes we only go two people and sometimes more (family or friends).
