Small but cozy and comfortable studio in a very quiet area in central Madrid, on the 5th floor of an elevator building.
The studio is very bright, it has a balcony facing the river and Casa de Campo.
The studio has everything you'll need. Queen bed, cauch, cofe table, folding table and chairs, washing machine, kitchen appliances.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The biggest green area in Madrid, Casa de Campo, is right at the doorstep, also Madrid Río with the beautiful views of Palacio Real and Almudena Cathedral. Campo del Moro gardens are also very close.
There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk and Principe Pío metro and train station are also a few minutes walk. At the station there is a big shopping mall.
15 minutes walk to Plaza de España, 20 minutes walk to Sol.
