Description of the home we are offering for exchange

A 80m2 two bedroom flat in one of the best beaches in Andalusia, Valdelagrana, a small village inside the city of El Puerto de Santa Maria, in the South of Spain. The flat is less than 5min away by walk from the beach, a 2km long white sand beach serviced with showers, first aid, lifeguards, bars and shops. Valdelagrana is 5min away by car from El Puerto de Santa Maria, a really vibrant and fun city, where you can have fresh seafood and typical sherry wine, which you can try visiting the wine cellars as guided tours, like Osborne, Terry… Jerez (airport) and Cadiz are 15min away by car from the flat. Sevilla (airport) is 1 hour away by car, and 1h30min by train. The countryside of Cadiz is beautiful and diverse: big beaches, mountains with white villages, historic towns and many rural areas, including Doñana National Park, the most important natural park in Spain.

The flat is situated in a gated housing development, which means that it is secure and quiet night and day. There is a communal pool within the housing development, which is opened in summertime. There are supermarkets, bakeries, spanish bars and restaurants as well as international restaurants, pharmacies, surgeries, banks. There are bus services and taxis available near the development. There are many shopping centers both in El Puerto de Santa Maria and Cadiz.

La playa en la que está situado el piso es una de las mejores playas de Cadiz, con bandera azul otorgada desde hace años. Es una playa de arena blanca, con mareas suaves, siempre cuidada y limpia. Tiene dos kilómetros de longitud urbanizados con un paseo marítimo, y cuatro kilómetros de playa virgen conectados con un parque natural lleno de flora y fauna típica de la zona, el cual puede ser disfrutado andando y en bicicleta. Las noches en El Puerto de Santa Maria se pueden disfrutar degustando el mejor pescado fresco y los mejores vinos de la zona (sherry). A las afueras de la ciudad hay un parque acuático abierto todo el verano.
