Description of the home we are offering for exchange
A beautiful apartment in the Bahia de Cadiz, Southern Atlantic Spain. 1300 meters to the beach and bus beside the buiding to the center of Puerto de Santa Maria and to the beach Valdelagrana. 12 kms to Jerez de la Frontera and 15 kms to Cadiz, 100 to Seville. Very frequent trains to all that destinations and to Madrid. The apartment has a dining room with chemney, a terrace with a beautiful view to the sea and the city of Cadiz. A kitchen, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. Swiming pool and garden. The apartment is on the 5th floor of the building with two elevators. Beside the building there are Restaurant, bars, supermarket and boutiques.

The neighborhood is very quiet from september to june. In July and August there are vacationers. From the neigborhood there is bus to the beach and to downtown El Puerto. There are supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. Also beach.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
In Puerto de Santa Maria -about 15 minutes walking- there are many restaurants, including one two stars Michelin, bars and wine cellars -visitables- producing fino wine and brandies. There are cinemas too. 12 kms away with train every 30 minutes is Jerez de la Frontera, the city of Sherry -250000 population- with a very interesting historic quarter, as it happens with Cadiz, 17 kms away. 100 kms by train very frequent is Seville, the most beautiful city of Spain with bullfights and Opera
