Thank you for a lovely, short exchange to your holiday home on the Costa Brava Coast. The views of the ocean from the balcony was stunning and very special. We enjoyed the walks around the coastline from the house, biking from nearby Palafrugell, a day trip to Girona and walking into the pretty town of Begur itself and up to the castle. Inside the house we loved the cosy TV room and watched a few films in the evenings. We also slept very well as it was so peaceful!

Thank you so much to Albert and family for a wonderful 3 week exchange in their lovely home in Cap Begur. A few kilometres from the beautiful town of Begur, their home snuggles into the hillside overlooking the wooded hillside and the sea. The large terrace outside the kitchen and living room was a wonderful place to sit for any meal, or to watch the birds and bats swoop over the hillside n the evening. It was easy to drive to Barcelona, Girona, Cadaques and other places of interest, and equally lovely to do nothing in their spacious and beautiful home. Thank you for a wonderful exchange!

Our homeexchange was wonderful! The house is situated grandiously in the upper part of a wooded cove with splendid view across the sea! Nice sunrise every morning! We appreciated the walks along the cliffs in the area and also the short trail down to „our rock“ on the water. This cove is also a beautyful snorkeling area! If you prefer sandy beaches you will find a lot small ones. But finding a parking place after noon is not as easy. We did hikes, rented e-bikes in Palafrugel: what a wonderful wild green area with „hundreds“ of singletrails is Les Gavarres! And we visited picturesque medieval villages like Pals and Peratalada in the nearby countryside. In Barcelona we visited a footbal game: great!. It was first time for us, that we also changed our cars (switching at Barcelona and Vienna airport). All organisation with Albert (exchaning keys etc) was easy. So just be happy if you switch with Albert and Marisa! We say Thank you so much! It was a great holiday!

Un été exceptionnel, criques et plages pour la baignade et des eaux cristallines, un vaste littoral à explorer, des paysages inégalables, des maisons indiennes intéressantes à visiter, des chemins de ronde célèbres avec des panoramas spectaculaires sur les falaises et la côte abrupte, des sentiers pour se promener à pieds, des sports nautiques (plongée, kayak, snorkelling), mais aussi tennis, équitation, VTT, golf et pitch § putt. Des chanteurs d'habaneras, des fêtes patronales, des bals populaires, des foires, des sardanes, des activités et animations pour les enfants. une excellente gastronomie méditerranéenne très variée.Un marché et une zone piétonne. Et des alentours à visiter : depuis l'Estartit avec les îles Medes à Palamos avec le musée de la pêche, en passant par Palagrugell, Bisbal d'el Empurda, et la maison-musée château de Gala et Dali à Pubol. U séjour de rêve.Je le recommande vivement.
