Sunny and cozy attic in the village of Gràcia, a quiet neighbourhood in the middle of Barcelona. Our house has 2 bedrooms and 4 beds, and it is a nice place to feel good in the city as you can have everything near without feeling stressed. We really like arriving home after working as the sun is everywhere and it's a fresh house too. You will feel at home, here.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We love living here as we have everything around us. Restaurants, cinemas, theaters, markets, squares and nice people. The place is perfectly comunicated to discover the city. We are 10 minutes from Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Catalunya, Park Güell and La Pedrera from Gaudí, as also near to the old city and the beach. At the same time the neighbourhood is not massificated and you can find beautiful houses and little streets to walk around. A perfect place to be with kids also.
