LOOKING EXCHANGE FOR SUMMER 2023 AND SUMMER 2024 ( USA ) !!!
Fines de semana puentes y vacaciones escolares en España .
We offer for exchange our residence with amazing views of Barcelona city, woderfull mediterranean city to enjoy all year, with great gastronomic pleasures, modernist architecture(Gaudi), beaches (Costa Brava, Costa Dorada, ..), Mountain (Pyrenees )....

The flat has 100m2 + terrace whit amazing views . It has 3 bedrooms ) with a queens size bed in a principal room and 2 individual rooms with individuals beds in child bedroom. It's nice, sunny and it has got everything you need for resting, for getting relax, and go on after going for a walk enjoying BCN. Private Parking .

The apartment is in Gracia District , with cafes around, restaurants,cinema,fresh markee, supermarket, and shops where you could find everything you need.

Además si te gusta el running o la bici de montaña puedes subir a la montaña del tibidabo y disfrutar de las mejores rutas y vias verdes de la ciudad desde la carretera de las Aiguas.

Desde nuestro apartamento puedes disfrutar 100% de Barcelona sin necesidad de utilizar el coche , simplemente necesitas tus piernas para perderte por el barrio de Gracia , el barrio Gótico , el Born..descubrir los edificios modernistas ,no ya solo de Gaudí si no de toda la escuela catalana de arquitectos ,..perderte y dejar pasar el tiempo en el Parc de la Ciudatella,en el Parc Guell , etc... subir a la montaña de Monjuic y visitar las instalaciones de las olimpiadas del 92 ,......si eres runner ,biker o simplemente te gusta caminar no puedes dejar de ir a la la carretera de las Aigüas y disfrutas de las mejores vistas de Barcelona ...
Para los peques :Zoo, L´Aquarium , CosmoCaixa, Port Aventura ,Ferrari Land Parc,.....
