We offer for exchange our second residence in Barcelona city, so that the exchange is not necessary be simultaneous (but only in school holidays). The flat has 90 m2 and it's located in a building on a boulevard. It's quite confortable for 4 people. It has 3 bedrooms (1x2, 1x1, 1x1) with 4 individual beds. It's nice, sunny and it has got everything you need for resting, for getting relax, and go on after going for a walk enjoying BCN. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The apartment is on a comercial avenue. There're a lot of cafes around, restaurants and shops where you could find everything you need. The district is safe. It looks onto an environment bustling, life, pleasant and the people are nice and quiet, of course! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The flat is quite well connected by tube (station at 100 metres). You can get either to the city center or to Barcelona's beaches (Olimpic Harbour, Forum beach) by tube from 15 minutes. BCN has became a cosmopolitan city and allows you enjoy the sea, to walk around (Ramblas), the old and new districts (Barrio Gotico, Sagrada Familia), the art and the museums (Gaudi, Dali, Picasso, Miro) She has always good weather and excellent restaurants... and this all, over the Mediterraneo's life with a lot of light, bright and colour... you know!
