We are a couple 67 and 60 years with extensive experience in housing exchanges(20). We currently live alone. Our house is an apartment of 90 square meters in the Eixample, in the center of Barcelona, well connected, next to the Plaza of Spain and Montjuic. Our home is bright and comfortable, park beside the Joan Miró.

Nuestro apartamento está bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, al lado del centro comercial "Las Arenas". Se encuentra cerca de dos líneas de metro, a 10 minutos caminando de la estación de trenes y bien comunicado mediante autobús con el aeropuerto.
Se puede acceder caminando a la montaña de Montjuic donde se hallan museos, jardines y diversas atracciones.
La ciudad de Barcelona dispone de una gran variedad de ofertas culturales y de ocio.
