SPLENDID FLAT ON THE MEDITERRANEAN COAST
NO NEED TO BE SIMULTANEOUS.
Beautiful and cosy apartment with views to the sea and oriented to the rising sun. Main one-bed double room, two-bed double room, fully equipped kitchen and toilet, luminous and spacious living room and a terrace looking onto the private garden and the Mediterranean Sea.
Carefully decorated the apartment is located in an ancient five-star luxury hotel built in the late seventies and therefore it has the general aspect of a hotel.
Great swimmingpool with recreational area only avalaible in the summer season, tennis court, BBQs and recreational area within the pinetrees. Private carpark.
Access to the beach in a 3 minute walk.
Located in the heart of the well known area of sandy beaches called Cuatro Calas (four beaches) and immersed in an evironmental treasure of great natural value, the apartment is ideal for those who are searching for a place to enjoy nature and peace, for those who love watching the mediterranean fauna and vegetation and appreciate
it. The nearby town, Aguilas , is big enough to find amenities for leisure and small enough to be quiet.
