Nice flat in Valencia, 110 sqm, well communicated, fully equipped, eighth floor with elevator, close to the gardens of Turia River (7 km long).
Four-bedroom-apartment in a gated community with community garden, pool, tennis and paddle courts and 24h porter.
Our home also features two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a small but cozy glazed balcony that overlooks the common areas and air conditioning.
The historic downtown district is within walking distance (20-25 min) and also easily accessible by bus. The flat is close to the airport (25 min by underground), and a reasonable driving distance of interesting places to visit for short breaks (Altea, Jávea, Gandia, Denia, Cullera, Penyiscola.....)
