Four Bedroom Holiday house close to the the beach ( 10 minutes walk) with garden and orchard.
First floor: large living room with fireplace, a veranda with view on the garden, kitchen and one double bed bedroom with bathroom.
Second floor: two double bed bedrooms and one single bedroom, bathroom with toilets.
Downstairs: garage, cellar.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our house is situated in a quiet residential area next to the sea side and a walking distance from the nearest beach ( around 700 meters)
It is located in Frehel, a village located a few kilometers north of Erquy, a lovely fishing harbour, next to Sables d'Or les Pins, a holiday resort and very next to the famous sites of Cap Frehel and Fort La Latte, a medieval castle.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
It is a short walk to two or three nice beaches. A boulangerie and a restaurant are close to the house. The nearest village ( Frehel) is only a five minutes drive.
A few kilometers from Sables d'Or les Pins, a charming holiday resort ( large beach) dating back to the 1920's where there are several restaurants and a casino.
The Cap Frehel, one of the most famous sights of Brittany is about 4 kilometers from our house.
