Apartment (165m2) in historic house (1898) with antique furniture, high ceilings with painting, city center within 10 min walking distance, very quiet (1090 Wien, Muellnergasse). Also available spacious historic villa (1840) in a parklike garden (7500m2) with swimming lake in the Wienerwald near Baden, 45min south of Vienna.In the surroundings beautiful walks, forest, vinyards, nature, culture.

Wir wohnen in einem der beliebtesten Viertel von Wien, ganz nahe dem Stadtzentrum und dabei sehr ruhig gelegen. In der nächsten Umgebung, gibt es viele, sehr gute Restaurants und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind praktisch vor der Haustüre. Zwei große Parks und eine Flußpromenade befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die meisten der Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
