our home is a small family house situated 20 min from Trondheim City Center in a children friendly neighbourhood. We live close to the waterfront with recreation areas and walking paths nearby. The house I 92 square meters divided into two floors. There are one bathroom on each floor and three bedrooms upstairs. Outside, a balcony where you can have meals, and a tiny flower garden with access from the kitchen door. You can have your car in our garage, or borrow our car, as well as our bikes. There are grocery stores 200m and 600 from the house. Within five minutes walk you can reach the waterfront with swimming facilities ( the water might be cold!) Travelling to the city center takes 20 min by bus or train. We have kind and helpful neighbours.
