This is a large bungalow on a landscaped 3-acre section in a quiet rural setting 10 minutes north of Rotorua. The house has three bedrooms and is a single-level dwelling. There is a large workshop and garage attached to the house via a walkway.

From our house it is a short drive to such Rotorua attractions as Canopy Tours (high recommended by Trip Advisor as the top North Island tourist attraction) and Wingspan. The attractions of Rotorua are too many to list. Needless to say, there is something in Rotorua for everyone.
