Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our home is a character brick home with expansive views of the Pacific ocean. We are an 8 minute leisurely walk from St Clair beach and the esplanade which has restaurants, a day spa and hair salons. It is a 5 minute drive to the CBD or a 2 minute walk to a regular bus service. We have an automatic 2019 Mitsubishi ASX available for exchange.
Dunedin is a University City with an International airport. Dunedin is within easy driving distance of most of the major South Island tourist attractions: Queenstown (4hrs), Mt Cook (5hrs), Milford Sound (6hrs). Christchurch the major South Island City is 5 hours drive away.
