Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
WE ALREADY HAVE A HOLIDAY ADDRESS FOR SUMMER 2024.
We are now looking for a home exchange for the end of december and summer 2025.
Our house is situated in a pedestrian street nearby the shops and musea. There is free parking for the car nearby on walking distance.
Also the beach is on cycling and walking distance. We have fortresses, the dyke, the harbour and the dune's.
The ferry to the isle of Texel is 10 minutes from our house so its easy to go visit the Isle for a day.

Neighbourhood
Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We live in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city center. Every Saturday there is on walking distance a market where fresh products can be bought as fish, cheese, vegetables etc. On Tuesday there is in the summer: Juttertjesmarkt. There is a lot to do in our city: a beautiful new swimming pool, beaches, museums, theater and much more. And further you can go to the forest, dunes, beach and shopping in town. What you choose, nature or crowds, this is all possible in Den Helder.
The island of Texel is easy to reach by bike and lots of fun to explore.
Amsterdam and Alkmaar are located within an hour's drive by car or train.
The trainstation is a five minutes walk from our house.
