Apartment on the corner the 3rd floor near Central Station and a view over the city. On the backside "het IJ". The apartment has two bedrooms, but only one bedroom can be used. A livingroom, a kitchen and a loggia. The apartment is recently totally renovated. The apartmentbuilding is from 2007. It has 7 big windows. Underfloor heating and a ventilationsystem.There is always something to see from our house.

On the edge of te centre of Amsterdam in the east part . Building from 2017. Mixed buidlings of new and old renovated warehouses. A nice quay to walk along or cycling. Within 15 minutes a lovely market (Dappermarkt). A Little shoppingcentre on 5 minutes. From our appartment you can see the train. The tram stops in front of our house
