Two story single family dwelling in adult walled community of 14 homes. 3 Bedroom, 3 bath, front balcony, mid level deck, ground level patio and rooftop deck. Overlooking the pool and community outdoor kitchen area. View over Cabo Marina and city of Cabo San Lucas. Our Jeep Wrangler and Toyota 4Runner are available for your convenience.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

The 14 homes in our quiet walled community are mainly occupied by retired Snowbirds from Canada in the winter months. We feel secure among our neighbours and often enjoy social gatherings together around the common pool area. We are within walking distance to Costco, convenience stores and various restaurants and services at the nearby Plaza Nova.

The main beach and all of the attractions in downtown Cabo San Lucas are a quick ten minute drive from our home. Numerous gorgeous beaches are within a 15 minute drive. Restaurants within walking distance include a farm to table venue, Italian cuisine, sushi, taco and seafood restaurants and coffee shop. In addition to Costco, there are convenience stores within walking distance.
