Description of the home we are offering for exchange
This is our 2nd home a retreat on Bowen Island, a 20 min ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay, on the edge of West Vancouver , enroute to Whistler. We have had this place a long time and it has had many changes both inside and out. There is ample hiking, biking, a 9 hole golf course,
kayaking (rentals available) and boating. The townsite of Snug Cove has restaurants, groceries,(including an organic one) local bakeries and a great coffee place or two. Our exchangers have enjoyed this place a lot. There is one double bedroom on main level and a queen size Murphy bed and a 2nd double bed in the divided upper level.. There 2 modern bathrooms , one with tub/ shower, one with large shower. The deck was recently totally redone.
Not available July/ August for long exchanges.
