The apartment is located in the heart of Venice and I generally rent it to workers of biennale or smart workers, it’s fully equipped and well connected. It’s definitely a wonderful place to live like a Venetian for a while!

We are right in the heart of Venice island. From the house it’s possible to reach every single attraction in less than 20 minutes by foot. You can reach the Rialto Bridge and San Marco square in 15 minutes walking. All of the surrounding islands of Murano, Burano and Lido are easily and quickly reached by public boat. Walking by the “calli” and “canali” is by itself an incredible experience that will never get old. Living and exploring Venice is a one in a lifetime experience!
