Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The 100 sqm apartment is on the 2nd floor, with lift, of a nice condominium in the city of Quartu Sant'Elena in the central area, just 5 minutes (by car) from the Poetto beach. In the surroundings there are restaurants, bars, pharmacy, shops, opticians, supermarkets. At 5 minutes (by car) and 15 minutes (on foot) you can find the Le Vele- Carrefour shopping center. The tourist resorts with paradisiacal beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei are only 30 km away by car.
Space
Very bright newly renovated apartment consisting of: living room with 50-inch TV with smart TV, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, 5-burner gas, juicer and blender. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with double bed (not two separate beds) with large wardrobes. All rooms have 32 inch TVs. The bathrooms are 2, modern, with 2 showers. In the balcony there is a washing machine, drying rack. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets in the windows, double glazing, wifi. In the balcony adjacent to the living room there are outdoor armchairs. parking is subject to charges. It is possible to have a cot-cot for a baby and a changing table.
