Description of the home we are offering for exchange
A large apartment in La Spezia, a good starting point to visit Cinque Terre, Portovenere and others lovely neightbours. There are three spaciuos rooms (two double rooms and a room with two single beds) and a living room with two sofas, the TV and a well equiped kitchen.
The flat is at the first floor of a little building of two floors. There is no lift.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The flat is situated just outside the centre of the town, in a quiet area, at the end of a private road. Close to the building, there are some little shops, a green park and the bus stop to the centre of the town. It is possible to reach the main train station to catch the trains to Cinque Terre in 15 minutes walking. The centre of the town is at 15-20 minutes walking.

La Spezia is a safe and quiet small town and there are many neighbours to visit by train or by ferry boat: at first Cinque Terre, but also Portovenere, Lerici and Palmaria island.
Versilia is at 30 minutes by car or 40-45 by train.
Pisa is 85 km far.
