Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our comfortable and renewed apartment is in Genoa, near to the Italian Riviera, very close to the famous Old Town and the Aquarium. It's near to Portofino and Cinque Terre and other nice beaches at the Mediterranean Sea . Our house is in a quiet residential district with a lot of shops and restaurants. The flat is very characteristic with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathes, a living-room, kitchen and a balcony. With us live our 2 cats and 2 fishes.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We live very close to the belvedere “Spianata Castelletto” in a very quiet residential district with a lot of shops and restaurants. It is very close to the old town and the city center. The 113 hectares Historic Centre of Genoa is one of the most extended medieval Historic Centre of Europe and is the most densely populated. The Genoese Historic Centre is a maze of alleys (caruggi) that unexpectedly end up in small squares, that, as well as the churches that dominate them, belonged to important noble families. You can go by bus or train to the sea and visit Portofino or Cinque Terre. The 5 colorful fishing villages of the Cinque Terre, as well as stylish Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, are on the eastern coast or Riviera di Levante. The western coast, the Riviera di Ponente, is home to Sanremo, a vintage resort with a turn-of-the-century casino and a flower-filled promenade and Alassio or Finale Ligure.
